A minimum of Cat 3 Insurance is required for competitive inline hockey, for anyone wishing to play at Nationals later this year, Cat 1 insurance will be required. You can upgrade later in the year, but this may come with a fee.
Maximum Rollersports 2025 Memberships
Hi, this is just a notice to remind everyone that the Rollersports memberships have all expired and will require you to
re-register for the 2025 calendar year. The memberships are now up on
maximumrollersports.com.au for you to register. This does need to be done prior to your next game (for most people that will be either the 6th or the 7th).
A quick recap of the different membership levels:
Coach – equivalent to a cat 1 but is required to coach
CAT 1 – primarily for skate Australia based out of state activities (nationals)
CAT 2 – competitive activities (X-League, ISL)
CAT 3 – Trainings and drop-ins
Associate – non-playing club members (scorers, helpers)
Please get the highest cat you require (Ie if you’re looking at going to nationals later in the year get a cat 1, if you play x-league or will later in the year then get a cat 2). Coaching is the highest level, if you wish to coach this calendar year you are required to get the coaching category.
You can upgrade later in the year, but it may come with a processing fee.

- Preferred contact email address
- Skate Membership number (will be between 4-6 digits)
(We require this information to be able to confirm with skate NSW your membership status and to be able to use this to sign you up for activities throughout the year, like x-league Rego).
- A reminder that these memberships last the calendar year and will expire at the end of 2025, regardless of when you make the membership payment.
- The extra $30 on the membership fee compared to the skate NSW information sheet is the club fee. This money goes to admin fees and any random extra fees we need throughout the year outside of activities.
